For some reason the dates are all showing up strange in the plugin:
80 May 2025 3:48 pm

230 May 2025 11:16 am

Instead of I think 23rd and 8th May. Any ideas why?

Welcome to the WooCommerce forum, and thanks for your detailed explanation. I completely understand how frustrating it must be when shipping surcharges aren’t applied as expected due to postal code formatting quirks. You’ve clearly done a great job isolating the issue, and I appreciate how thorough your testing setup has been.

To help us better understand what might be happening, could you let us know when you first noticed this behavior? Was it after a specific update to WooCommerce or the Flexible Shipping plugin, or is this part of a brand new store setup?

It would also be helpful to review your full system status report so we can get a clearer picture of your environment. You can copy it from WooCommerce > Status, then paste it to a site like https://pastebin.com or https://quickforget.com, and share the link with us here.

Once we have that info, we’ll be able to dig deeper and suggest the best way forward, whether that’s a filter hook or standardizing the formatting through custom code.

Looking forward to your reply!

We are experiencing an issue where WooCommerce attempts to cancel an order due to expiration. This is caused by a failed webhook that did not return the payment status, leading to a cancellation request being sent to Mollie. However, if Mollie responds with status paid, the WooCommerce order is still marked as canceled.

Observed behavior:
– Order goes to Mollie. No response
– After timeout, WooCommerce sets order status to canceled due to presumed failure
– Mollie API is called to cancel the order, but returned status is paid
(“Order could not be canceled at Mollie, because order status is paid.“)
– WooCommerce keeps the order in canceled state despite Mollie reporting it as already paid

Expected behavior (Change Request):
If the Mollie API returns paid when WooCommerce attempts to cancel an order after timeout/expiry, the order status in WooCommerce should be set to completed, not remain at canceled.
This change would ensure consistency between Mollie and WooCommerce order statuses and prevent confusion in fulfillment and reporting.

Hope this can be fixed soon – thank you for considering this change

https://wordpress.org/support/topic/unexpected-result-of-the-shortcode/#post-18493437 <![CDATA[Reply To: Unexpected result of the shortcode]]> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/unexpected-result-of-the-shortcode/#post-18493437 Mon, 02 Jun 2025 08:27:43 +0000 zykii Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

I understand how this shortcode works now, however, it still doesn’t work as expected:

[cusrev_all_reviews sort="DESC" sort_by="date" per_page="" show_summary_bar="true" show_media="true" show_products="false" categories="" product_tags="" tags="" products="current" product_reviews="true" shop_reviews="false" inactive_products="true" show_replies="true" show_more="3" min_chars="0" avatars="initials" users="all" add_review="false"]

The “Show More” button only displays 1 additional review, while there are a total of 4 comments and 4 replies to the comments. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I have the impression that the shortcode isn’t counting replies as real comments, and therefore displays 3 comments (2 comments + 1 reply) when the page loads, then offers only 1 comment, yet there are 5 more to load (2 comments + 3 replies).

Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance.

We’re encountering a fatal error in the formidable-pdfs plugin when generating a PDF. The issue appears to come from DomPDF trying to load an image using Imagick, but it fails due to a missing pixel cache file. See anonymized error trace below. it happens when i try to open pdf.
